SHIPPING

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made through professional couriers such as DHL, TNT, or POSTE ITALIANE/SDA.

Shipping in Italy costs between 10 and 15 euros depending on the choice made by the customer during the product purchase phase based on the expected delivery days as indicated on the site.

Shipping to countries belonging to the EUROPEAN UNION has a cost of 25 euros. The expected delivery time is 3/8 working days.

In the order confirmation email, the customer will be sent the tracking information to personally follow the shipment.

Shipping to NON-EU countries has a cost ranging from 25 to 50 euros. The product price may be deducted from VAT as it is a B2C export. Customers are kindly requested to contact us for a personalized quote. Any customs duties and charges are always the responsibility of the customer.

During certain periods, delivery times may vary and shipments may be delayed due to force majeure, such as unfavorable weather conditions or periods of particularly intense traffic close to holidays. In no case is Quattro Srl responsible for these delays.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Quattro Srl and commit to accepting the delivery of their package. If the customer refuses the delivery of the shipment or requests a return to the sender, any additional costs will be deducted from any refund due.
