EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Pursuant to European legislation regarding the right of online withdrawal, the customer has the right to return the purchased item, requesting a refund or exchanging it for another.

The right of withdrawal or exchange can be exercised no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the item. 

The item must be returned intact, including the tag and not damaged or even worn in the following ways:

-the customer must send a communication to the seller regarding his desire to withdraw or change containing explicit reasons for his decision. This communication must be sent by email to info@4uattro.com

-the customer must wait for a confirmation email from the seller authorizing the return. The acceptance of the customer's request by the seller will contain the information necessary to organize the collection of the product, including the return document and the consignment note necessary for shipping. The collection of the return will be free of charge and at the expense of Quattro Srl. Returns will not be accepted without explicit confirmation from the seller.

-the customer must prepare the package ensuring that the packaging is complete and adequate as when the package was received. The package will be delivered to the courier at the time and address indicated by the customer.

- As soon as the seller receives the package and has verified the integrity of the item as indicated above, he will refund or exchange the item within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of the package. The amount will be refunded, excluding initial shipping costs, with the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.
